Message our support team via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery.
Get approval
We confirm eligibility and send you a return address and instructions.
Ship it back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back.
Refund issued
Once inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Eligible for return
- Unused items in original packaging with all accessories
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Incorrect item received
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
Not eligible for return
- Items installed, used, or missing original packaging
- Devices with removed or damaged serial number labels
- Returns requested after the 14-day window
- Gift cards and clearance/final sale items
Who pays for return shipping?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Prefer an exchange instead?
Let us know when you request your return — we can ship a replacement or different model as soon as your returned item is on its way back, subject to stock availability.
My item arrived defective — what do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement or refund.
How long does a refund take once you receive my return?
Inspection takes 1–2 business days, and refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Do you cover international return shipping?
For defective or incorrect items, yes. For change-of-mind returns, international return shipping is paid by the customer.
